HDRemover (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator") operates and manages the website hdremover.com (the "Platform"), a web-based AI-powered image background removal application.
Please read these Terms of Service ("Agreement" or "Terms of Use") carefully before using any services offered by HDRemover. This agreement legally binds the Operator and all users of the Platform (hereinafter referred to as the "User").
Using the Platform in any manner — including but not limited to using the service, browsing features and content, and exploring the application — means that the User agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use. The Agreement applies to all users of the site and the service.
2.1
The User may access and use the Platform for both personal and commercial purposes. HDRemover is offered free of charge with no watermarks and no account required for standard use.
2.2
The Operator reserves the exclusive right to restrict the use of the Platform or to block specific Users — without being required to state a reason — if there is evidence of abuse, policy violation, or unusual usage patterns.
2.3
The User agrees that by accessing the Platform, the Operator may log the User's IP address and request metadata to monitor usage patterns, enforce fair-use limits, and maintain system security. This data is never sold to third parties.
3.1
The User must refrain from any actions that could compromise the functionality or operation of the Platform. It is prohibited to scan or probe the Platform for security vulnerabilities, attempt to bypass security systems, gain unauthorized access to Platform infrastructure, or introduce malware or malicious code.
3.2
It is the User's sole responsibility to secure the necessary rights and permissions for any images uploaded to the Platform. The User represents and warrants that they own or have appropriate rights to all images submitted for processing.
3.3
The User agrees not to upload content that: (a) infringes the intellectual property rights of third parties; (b) contains illegal, harmful, abusive, or obscene material; (c) is intended to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit Platform infrastructure; or (d) violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
HDRemover claims no ownership over images you upload or the processed outputs you download. All rights to your original and resulting image files remain with you.
The HDRemover platform, interface, AI models, branding, and all associated assets are the exclusive intellectual property of HDRemover and may not be copied, redistributed, sublicensed, or repurposed without explicit written permission from the Operator.
Users may not use the HDRemover name, logo, or branding in any way that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without prior written consent.
5.1
Warranty for the outcomes of the Platform and its availability is expressly excluded. Should any warranty claim exist, the covered period shall not exceed six (6) months from the date the issue first arose.
5.2
The Operator is not responsible for the speed, availability, data loss, or accuracy of results produced by the Platform. The Operator is excluded from any liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages unless it is proven that damage was caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct on the part of the Operator.
5.3
This limitation of liability does not apply in cases of damage to the health or life of a person caused by the Operator's negligence, nor in cases where liability cannot be excluded by applicable law.
All matters relating to confidentiality and data protection are governed by our Privacy Policy, available at hdremover.com/privacy. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms of Service and should be read in conjunction with this Agreement.
In summary: images you upload are processed in real-time in server RAM and permanently deleted immediately after processing. We do not store, share, or use your images for any purpose beyond returning the background-removed result to you.
HDRemover reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. This includes changes to available AI models, processing limits, features, or the overall platform.
We may also update these Terms of Service periodically to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of HDRemover shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
Where good-faith negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial and agree to arbitration as the sole means of dispute resolution, except where prohibited by law.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from the Agreement, without affecting the remaining provisions.
The failure of HDRemover to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and HDRemover regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements.
